Development Works Completed
2nd May 2019
In May 2019 Paton Developments completed a refurbishment and new build project at Gorse Hill Hotel in Woking Surrey.
Paton Developments were appointed to refurbish and refresh the beautiful mansion hotel, designed by the architect Edward Warren, who was best known for designing Churches and parts of Oxford College.
The master plan for bringing the property back to its former glory included, renovation and refurbishment of the reception, bar, restaurants, customer lounge, gym, bedrooms and corridors.
Following the renovation and refurbishment Paton Developments embarked on a ground up construction of a new build 11,000sqft conference and function facility.
Along with the new build work, they also developed and built a new road infrastructure and landscaped the surrounding grounds.
The design and build of the contract was completed within a record breaking 12-months and the new build construction sympathetically reflected the classic existing Georgian Period Mansion House building.
