Our vision is to grow the Active Hospitality brand through a mixture of owned and 3rd party managed properties that we will develop out to offer multi use facilities with the view to maximise their potential and value of the asset.
Active Hospitality, through its partners’ and shareholders’ former ownership, operation, and real estate development of brands including De Vere, Village Hotels, Malmaison, Hotel du Vin, Searcys, and others, has extensive hospitality and mixed-use development experience.
The company focuses on creating and operating multi-use facilities aimed at 50% use by the local community and 50% use by inbound corporate and leisure guests, with an emphasis on hotel properties offering attractive risk-adjusted returns.
