Active hospitality as part of its management of 3rd party hotels has the experience and team to provide development services as follows:

• • • Provide a development business plan for the hotel as part of the strategic master business plan

• • • Project Management of the development

• • • Land and planning coordination with specialist planner

• • • Feasibility and due diligence

• • • Contractor tender coordination , analysis and recommendation

• • • Oversee building refurbishment or new build development from start to finish including working with operations to minimise operational impact of the development

• • • Finished product launch

Planning and Pre development fee to be negotiated with Development Project Monitoring fees at 3% of development costs.
