Active Hospitality wishes to grow its brand through 3rd Party Management Agreements across the UK.

Prior to commencement of the management contract, Active Hospitality will produce a strategic master business plan for the hotel with it’s recommendations for the management and development of the hotel for a one off fee.

Upon signing of a standard management agreement on the basis of the greater of either a annual fee of 3% gross revenue and 10% EBITDA or minimum annual fee of £120,000.
